1. PVC 胶水产品具有刺激性，涂胶施工时，请务必保持施工现场通风良好，并做好个人防护措施(如佩戴

口罩/面具等)，以防施工人员出现头晕恶心等身体不适的现象。

4. 涂抹胶黏剂时，应顺轴向里向外先均匀涂抹承口内侧，后涂抹插口外侧，注意：涂抹时应在插口外侧涂

上稍厚层的胶黏剂(约 0.5mm)，承口内侧涂上较薄层的胶黏剂，如果在粘合前已呈现干燥状，则需再涂上

一层胶黏剂。

4. When applying adhesive, you should first apply the adhesive evenly on the inside of the socket

from the inside out along the axis, and then apply on the outside of the socket. Note: When

applying, a slightly thicker layer of adhesive (about 0.5mm) should be applied on the outside of

the socket. Apply a thin layer of adhesive to the inside of the socket. If it is dry before bonding,

you will need to apply another layer of adhesive.

5. 若出现胶黏剂流动性不良时，可以间接加热后再使用，禁止采用明火或电炉等加热，以防胶黏剂着火燃

烧。

5.If the adhesive has poor fluidity, it can be heated indirectly before use. It is prohibited to use

open flames or electric furnaces for heating to prevent the adhesive from catching fire.

6. 涂上胶黏剂后，迅速用轻微旋转的方式将管材充分插入管件，并用力推挤至合适位置，并将管旋转 1/4

圈，并保证接口的直度和位置正确。

push it to the appropriate position, and rotate the pipe 1/4 turn to ensure the straightness and

correct position of the interface.

ZOTA7.插接完毕后，应及时将组件外部挤出的胶黏剂擦拭干净，否则堆积的胶黏剂易造成管材局部软化。

should be wiped clean in time, otherwise the accumulated adhesive may easily cause local

softening of the pipe.

8. 组件应静置固化一定的时间(≥24h)才使用，静置固化时间内应避免受力或强行加载。当环境温度偏低

时，应适当延长放置时间和固化时间，避免发生松脱现象。

before use. During the standing and curing time, stress or forced loading should be avoided.

When the ambient temperature is low, the placement time and curing time should be

9. 粘接工作完毕后，应及时盖紧胶黏剂瓶盖，防止因溶剂挥发而影响产品后续使用性能。
